2008-2009 REGISTRATION:
Registration sessions will be held at the Campbellton Memorial Civic Center on:
Thursday, September 11th, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 13th, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Payment Options: Fees can be paid either by one payment in full or $75.00 at registration plus three post-dated cheques for the balance (all dated before November 30th, 2008). Please make cheques payable to the Campbellton Minor Hockey Association.
Refunds: Refunds of registration fees for players who decide to quit the Association after having paid their registration are established according to the following formulas:
- on or before tryouts: full refund
- on or before November 15th, 2008 = (total – $75) x 1/3
- on or before January 10th, 2009 = (total – $75) x 1/4
- after January 10th, 2009: no refund.
A $20.00 fee will be charge for all NSF cheques.
INSCRIPTIONS 2008-2009:
Les séances d'inscription auront lieu au Centre civique de Campbellton le:
Jeudi, 11 septembre 2008 de 18 h à 21 h
Samedi, 13 septembre 2008 de 9 h à 13 h
Modalités de paiement : Les frais peuvent être payés par un paiement intégral ou 75 $ à l’inscription plus trois chèques postdatés pour le solde (tous datés avant le 30 novembre 2008). Veuillez libeller vos chèques à l’ordre de l’Association du hockey mineur de Campbellton (AHMC).
Remboursement :Le remboursement des frais d’inscription pour les jeunes qui décident de lâcher l’Association après avoir payé leur inscription est établi selon les formules suivantes:
- le ou avant les essais : remboursement intégral
- le ou avant le 15 novembre 2008 = (total– 75 $) x ⅓
- le ou avant le 10 janvier 2009 = (total – 75 $) x ¼
- après le 10 janvier 2009 : aucun remboursement.
Des frais de 20 $ seront facturés pour tout chèque sans provision.
COACHES WANTED
The Campbellton Minor Hockey Association is looking for coaches for Initiation, Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget categories for the competitive and recreational leagues for the 2008-2009 season.
Applicants must be certified coaches. If you are interested, please send the attached form by September 5th, 2008 and send it at the following address:

L ’Association du hockey mineur de Campbellton est à la recherche d'entraîneurs pour les catégories Initiation, Novice, Atome, Pee Wee, Bantam et Midget pour les ligues compétitifs et récréatifs pour la saison 2008-2009.
